Shipping & Returns Information

Please note that some countries require a VAT payment. I do not collect VAT for any countries that require it. This payment will need to be paid on your end upon receipt.
Once your package arrives in your country there may be additional fees and taxes required to collect your package.

After placing an order, please allow 5-7 business days for printing and processing. The order will be shipped after the processing period, and you will receive a confirmation email once it has shipped.

8.5x11 prints are shipped in rigid flat mailers with sturdy backing board. 11x17 prints are shipped rolled. This allows for prints to be shipped in the safest form possible to avoid any damage in the mail.
-
Rolling large prints is the safest way to ship them. A rolled print is much more durable than flat and is less likely to be folded to fit into a mail delivery slot.
How to flatten out rolled prints:
All paper is rolled at some point so it doesn’t hurt your print to have it rolled and unrolled again. To flatten it out, I suggest finding a clean surface with the print side down and setting a few books on each corner overnight. Once framed you won’t even know it was rolled to begin with!

Shipping rates will vary depending on what items you are checking out with because they are calculated individually based on a number of factors such as weight and dimensions. The most accurate rate estimate I can recommend is viewing the “shipping” section in the checkout once you have your items in the cart.
